Best Ways to Attack a Shield

It is said once the shield is damaged, its a good tactic to tornado it as it wont be able to shield the whole move. but what would be the best way to land some safe hits on a shield, when its complete?

down tilit is a pretty safe choice. follow it up with a nado

attacking at an angle like a spaced dair wears away shields. then fast fall and grab

imo dtilt and first two hits of ftilt, but if theyre shield is already low, you can just tornado right then and there

Amazingly, the side-b aimed low can eat through a shield quite well, with an added bonus of usually hitting them about halfway through.

yeah i have to vote for d-air. You can do these repeatedly with very little chance of punishment (if timed/spaced right). Then, when they expect another d-air, hit them with the tornado.
