Best use of PKFire

Just wondering what you people think is the best use for PKfire. I've mostly been spamming it to create spacing since it seems my Lucas gets dominated when they get real up close and personal. The only problem is by the end of the match its decayed quite a bit and has little use outside of spacing. Any other effective uses, or does that pretty much end up being the most effective?

On a random sidenote, does anyone elses Lucas seem to trip a stupid amount of times or just I just spam my inputs too much?

i spam my pkfire for space as well....but thats usually againts fast players...marth,sheik,fox..etc...and yes...my lucas trips so much it messes me up at time...like usually before an important forwardsmash

I use it for spacing and recovery. Zap-Tapping (What I call zap-jumping) is awesome.

I usually f-air them off the edge, hit them with a PK fire and down-b them off the map.

Spacing games are nice with Lucas. You can alternate SH PK Fire and SH Fair to find openings pretty safely, and he's got plenty of other strong points as well.
