Best time of year to buy a new computer/laptop?

My comp has been getting pretty old and while I can wait to buy a new comp I want a new one by the end of the year. Since I want to save money I was wondering; what time of year do you think it's the best time to get deals on new laptop/computers?

The day after thanksgiving: Black Friday.

If you can survive the lines, there's always killer deals at Fry's Electronics and stuff.
