temple is back!!!

does anyone think that when he metioned that they couldnt recreate the melee stages exactly how they were, that it means that the game is being rushed again?

I don't think that's an indication that its being rushed...

I could be wrong, but if you look at the last picture for the update, the platform on the very bottom right seems to be missing. It could be that it's just under the picture line; can someone verify/debunk this?

I wish the update was a bit more informative. We got a stage and a song, but in the nature of an update like that, he usually at least gives a little hint or two, like the name of another stage thats returning, maybe?

nothing is missing. what he most likely meant by saying that is the stages wont have the same physics to them, such as hyrule's underground area where you can live forever T_T

I personally don't mind Temple, it's definitely fun to play on during friendlies/just ****ing around or whatever, but of course, also, from a professional PoV, I'm disappointed that this stage has returned.

I'm hoping for Fountain of Dreams, mainly.
And of course Dream Land 64, but...that's not a Melee stage, technically.

Ugh. The most frustrating stage in the world has returned. Playing a campy fox on this stage is pretty much the least fun I've ever had in melee.

Under picture line.

Actually, I don't oppose to this stage, I have 3 little brothers and 2 friends that like this game yet never played any of it's prequels(Except the bigger one of the brothers), a stage like this is just ideal for them, this is the ultimate casual play stage.

Nerf'd Fox with limited range laser shoot... Maybe a good thing... Also, the fact that they did state they change a bit on how the stage is...

With the new items in Brawl input into Hyrule Temple, I think its awesome... Slide down the box downward and ride it at the same time, AWESOME!!!

this stage is great for all those who loved the previous stages from melee

though i wonder what will be different about the stages? by the looks of it temple is the same so i wonder what other levels are they bringing back and what do you think they will change?

An excellent nerf, might make alot of the SSBM stages (well what they include) playable in tourneys now which would be great to see.

He made it over again. You can't copy something perfectly onto another game. It was the same with the N64 stages in Melee.

Hyrule Temple is the home for creating traps. However, since bombs can be duds at times, things could backfire in a hurry.

they arnt rushing it at all, they said it wasnt an EXACT remake because of the fact you can never make a stage perfectly transition to the next game without someing being altered. its not like a text file, I dont think it was possible to copy and paste it, so thats why they remade it and maybe slightly altered it. but I think that this means the oppisite of rushing, if they had the time to add in older stages, then that means they used this extra time wisely.

I don't mind this stage's inclusion. I would hope they'd include a lot of stages though, especially ones which don't have similar stages in Brawl.

I wonder if there'll be any 64 stages in.

I bet Jungle Japes is in.

This stage is epic.

I can bet you can see the original Pokemon Stadium back on...

do you mean saffaron city? or pokemone stadium 1? cause I dont think we will get pokemon stadium 1 since pokemon stadium 2 is a altered version of it. however, I would love for us to get saffaron city back, and the original mushroom kingdoms 1,2.

I really liked the update today.
This is a great casual play stage with four people (my friends make me play it all the time).
I also liked the more classic music.
Zelda II was so hard for me to beat...
