Best south players?

Hi. I am not asking for you to tell me the best south players...that will just start a flame war .

Rather, I am intrested in knowing maybe the people that win the most and place top 5 consistantly for your state? If you could just post the most consistant top 5 players, I would appriciate it.

I'm trying to gather some data, but I don't really see enough south tournament results :/. Thanks for any help!
