Looking for a good pack that contains new characters(not costumes) such as Project M Unbound or Project M+

Depending on what type of characters you want I may have a couple of pack suggestions(all of them are from brawlvault). But the probable best thing to do would be scout out BrawlVault and find a pack that you like.

I wish there was a pack, like project m+ that adds Young Link and Pichu, but doesn't add stages.

I can't estimate it right now but currently my newly added textures got disorgainized so it might take a while
