So Sempai I'm curious how these videos are monetized when you or YouTube don't own this footage. Or have you gotten consent for this footage, and the rights to commercially monetize it?

Perhaps there is some loophole or information with stream footage that I'm missing here?

It would appear that even on a very basic level you don't even acknowledge or give credit to the sources of the videos, which come from Twitch and the corresponding channels.....a large majority of which are only legally allowed to be monetized in a live setting. Or by donations which constitute a whole other category of legal and commercial rules.
