out of the music updates that we've gotten, which one do you think is the best?

Of all here's my order

1. Metroid Boss Battle Music (Ridley Fight)
2. Go K.K. Rider
3. Kid Icarus: The Underworld (really shocked me, i thought it'd be bad. its pretty good)
4. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Medley
5. Star Fox Space Armada
6. Yoshi's Story Ending
7. SSBM Menu 1

(sidenote: biggest bomb they can drop on the dojo...have a music update be Green Hill Zone or Chemical Plant Zone)

On topic though, I'd probably put the Zelda music on top.. always loved anything from Zelda.

I don't see why this one can't still remain open, as it's dedicated to the specific person's favorites out of all of the music updates we've received from the DOJO. This is misplaced, however. It should've been created in the DOJO updates forum. But I'm sure a mod will move it eventually?

The music updates suck. And the Pit music WAs sooo disapointing. I guess the Fox one was kinda good.

I liked the Go K.K. Rider!, and Zelda song. The rest of them where either okay, or "meh." I hope there's better songs then what we've been getting at least, I want more songs like Fountain of Dreams!

Any music that has awesome drums or is somewhat metal-ish is awesome.

Well, I love 'em all - but if I had to decide, I'd say:

1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Medley (Probably because out of all famous game series, Zelda means the most to me)
2. Menu 1
3. Animal Crossing: Go K.K. Rider!
4. Metroid: Boss Battle Music (Ridley Fight)
5. Star Fox: Space Armada
6. Kid Icarus: The Underworld (Have to agree with Sakurai - the Grim Reaper theme was kinda forced.)
7. Yoshi's Story: Ending (Meh. Doesn't do much for me, and I can't really see it as a track for a fighting game.)

Why? The song produces the vibe of a romantic hero. That and I love Animal Forest.
2)The Underworld
Kid Icarus' Underworld theme still stands as my favourite video game song of all time.
3) Menu 1
It's just so fitting. I could imagine nothing better before preparing for an epic battle between the greatest stars in gaming history.
4) Ocarina of Time Medley
It just transist so well, while still holding viability for battle music.
5) Space Armada
Two words. Freaking Epic.
6) Ending
xD It's remarkably cute.
7) Boss Battle Music (Ridley Fight)
The actual version of this song is wonderful and is held in the memory of my heart. But I felt this rendition is too trashy and that initial background distracts me from the central piece. I guess it'll be okay if used at the right time.

Yoshi's Story Ending <Gave me goosebumps>
