Best/Most Efficient way to record matches?

I want to replay some of my matches to see what I'm doing wrong. Since 20XX replays aren't around yet, and I doubt anyone where I am will have a memory card with it, I wanted to know what the best way would be to record matches. Actual live matches on CRTs and consoles. Any ideas?

Best bet is to buy a capture card of some kind if you are on console. If you are on PC using dolphin you could use various screen recording softwares for free. For console you could also use a camera if you can't afford a capture card.
