Best Month to hold a 150 - 200 Man Tournament In Queens

Hi,

I am looking to host a 150 - 200 man tournament in Astoria queens. I was wondering if you guys can give input on what month would be the best time to host this so that I do not collide with out huge events that are happening, thank you.
