Best Monitor for Netplay?

Just want some advice, I went to DisplayLag.com and found this monitor( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0733YCKM...olid=2NQKS1WZWDBIY&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it )
under the "Best Monitors for Gaming" section and thought it should be good enough.

I'm looking to have the lowest amount of lag possible for netplay(and local play if I can find a good adapter for the Wii that doesn't cause lag) but I'm worried about up-scaling causing lag regardless. I'm not savvy on this so if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. Depends on what you’re looking for. Personally, I’m a great fan of Dell monitors. I think they make the best monitors in the industry. So, I’d strongly recommend you consider this monitor. Still, I could help you more if you shared more details on exactly what you’re looking for. OLED or IPS? GHz? Size? Resolution? GPU?
