Best Mac OS X Theme for Windows?

Hello. I'd like to have a Mac OS X theme for my Windows Vista HP operating system in which I would have the Mac OS X dashboard and general theme for it. Does anyone have any theme, as such, which they would recommend and is there a software for handling this theme? Just to remind you, my OS is Vista HP.

....Macs Computers are great for artwork from what i hear. From Windows point of view...dont really komw...all i know is leapard
