Dash attacks are detrimental to a lot of characters, they have varying uses and varying degrees of usefulness, some are good, like Meta Knight, and some are just flat out terrible, like Bowser. But who has the best?

Didn't put ganon's because its surprisingly punishable.I'd surmise has one of the better dash attacks due to having invincibility frames and the ability to neutralize many-a projectile. Another dash attack that's worth using is 's where it has good start-up/recovery frames, hits powerfully, and above all it provides him a slight burst of ground speed which he is going to need.
As for poor dash attacks... yeah, this honor goes to just to name a few.
I don't exactly know what you mean by that, it's barely more punishable than most other good dash attacks. It also is a combo tool on top of what has already been mentioned. It's slower on startup than Falcon's but has better cooldown.Didn't put ganon's because its surprisingly punishable.
Pikachu's isn't terrible, as it provides a kill option and is fairly fast (frame 6). Its recovery does leave something to be desired, though. Shulk's also kills, especially in smash art.I'd surmise has one of the better dash attacks due to having invincibility frames and the ability to neutralize many-a projectile. that amazing stuff Ranai does with it, and bidou.I have no idea why Villager's dash attack is up there as an option. It has uses but it definitely isn't one of the best.
Listen, I use Villager. I know how the move works. It definitely has its uses, and is a helpful tool, but as a dash attack--a move to use out of a run--it's pretty poor. On top of Villager's poor run speed, the move is slow, has poor recovery time, and is easily beaten as it's a projectile. It's not a move you want to use a lot. Most of the other moves you have listed are really good combo or footsie tools, or help the characters close distance. Villager has other projectiles for distance and they're generally better combo options.that amazing stuff Ranai does with it, and bidou.
