Nintendo Directs are filmed by a third party film company, I happen to work for that company. Of course know one will believe me, but I don't care. Believe what you want.

Before I get started I'm going to explain somethings.
1.I have to be a little vague so I don't get fired like the ESRB leak guy
2.My username has nothing to do with this leak. If my username was waluigilover22 would that mean anything? No!
3.Believe what you want to believe.
4.I promise you this is 100% real.
5.All screenshots shown are recorded from the Direct.
6.Have I met Sakurai? Yes, yes I have. I work for the film crew of course I have.
7.Don't get me fired because I like my job.

Meta Ridley is a playable character:

Meta Ridley will be revealed at the end of the Direct. He will be a unlockable character in the Wii U version and a Free Update for the 3DS version in January. Sakurai also mentions that he will reveal more Wii U unlockable characters soon.

Again, this screenshot is from the video. We were testing the stream quality. We do this measure to make sure the video can handle a heavy load of viewers. This was taken at a part where the camera zooms into Ridley. That's why the screen is cut off a little.
