Beginner to Competitive Play, looking for 1v1 partners!

I have been playing smash since I was young and was always very good at it. I have never participated in the competitive scene, but have always known about it. Since the release of Smash 4 on the 3DS I have considered giving it a shot competitively, however, For Glory matches online are just always laggy and many of mr friends irl do not have a Wii U so it has become very hard for me to even play the game.

I'm really just looking for players of similar skill to play with any/all the time whenever I am on. The only way to get better competitively is to simply play, but I need more Smash friends to do so!
