I decided to link everyone to the BC power ranking matches that took place at Kennys house yesterday with Eric(blunted), Tony(dieslow) and Manuel(diakonos). Kenny is too lazy to post it in here so I decided to because I know there are a lot of falco players in the world who want to see what high level play is like. Other MM's include sion, who f.ucking *****, plays amazing like shiz and chops and noobking who i think is some of the fastest most inconsistent falcons in the world.

Love the sets.

Eric, you need to grab Manil out of his shield camping, because you keep trying to pillar his shield. U-throw him for control and a possible combo depending on how they DI. The point is to train your opponent to do something different by switching up your play style from time to time. If you keep doing the same thing over and over, he will too when he has a way to punish it. Also do low aerials into his shield, so that you don't get gabbed. When manli's throwing out random n-airs and not spacing, then you can shine him out of shield and start a combo. Alternatively, marths will try to run away after, so you can d-air / b-air out of shield and most likely it them and get a combo from d-air. B-air could get CC'd into grab, so you probably shouldn't do it at low percents.

Don't try to approach from above as well. He keeps waiting for you on the ground, then swinging where you are going. You can't contest his moves, because he's marth (though you obviously know this, it's just a reminder). Also, when he is camping under platforms, you have to stop trying to go above him. You're just asking to get combo'd. Instead, shoot lasers. If he powershields any, then SH over them, since you won't be right in his face. Sometimes when he is camping you and you're shooting lasers at him, he full jumps and you let him get away with it. Forcing him to go in the air is crucial, because that is the best time to punish marth's attempts to attack.

You also need work on edgeguarding. Abuse ledge invincibility when he's recovering high / low, but when he's in your reach. If you see him going low, then do the lightshield hog. When he's high, but far off the stage, then spam lasers at him, until he's at a reasonable distance, so that you can take the ledge and be invincible. It's really gay.

Vs Dieslow: You let a lot of opportunities go when you could have CC'd his n-airs and shined him to get a combo.

yeah, I understand. It's hard to be playing on point all the time. There will be off moments and such.
