BBrawl ISN'T WORKING!!!!

Sorry for this guys, but I have to get this running up really soon. I have the BBrawl v2 files extracted (ALL the files are not in folders), and it still doesn't work. I'm using a mini-SD card (that does work) and I follow all the steps, but it is just not recognizing it.

Help?
