Bay Area Local Tournaments/Venues [EAST BAY/SF]

I'm having a hard time trying to find small or local tournaments/venues in the Bay Area location. If any body in the area (preferably East Bay or San Francisco) knows of a place where I can go and just play melee with other smashers, that would be great if you could fill me in. Nothing too big or special, just small get together.
