battle frontier help with gold symbols

back in socal...
i have all the silver symbols and one gold symbol from the battle pike. any suggestions for getting the rest? any particular team for each battle station? any help is appreciated...

Just use standards with decent movesets. Some suggestions:

Mence
Starmie
Metagross
Latias
Slaking
Swampert
