Well, from an 'elitists' that will place his mark to play Brawl and continue to play it for a longevity of the time. I just want to rant about how amazing Basic Brawl truly was and how its appearance could please both casualness and competitiveness play any day of the week.

Whether you want to shun down my praise for that beautiful feature in the Online section menu. It was amazing! Everyone can agree that it had the most explosions that no FFA (Free For All) that could ever come across.

The things in Basic Brawl like: funny moments that would have us in tears (laughing), what the moments (things that would make us scratch our noggin and say 'what!?'), waste some time (like waiting to go to work and play a little then leave and so on), Taunt parties, Free For All, Taunt Crashes, and my favorite imo Soap Operas.

All these amazing activities will not be forgotten and I hope I'm not the only one that believes that Basic Brawl was an enjoyable feature for, Super Smash Brothers Brawl.

Do you feel the same or what? Anything that involves Basic Brawl is welcome here and thank you for reading. Long live Brawl~

Indeed it was, mate. I still kept several replays of my experiences, which date as far back as 2009. Although I no longer play Basic Brawl, even with the availability of custom servers, there are memories to be cherished, such as the following.

- Four Ikes spamming attacks at the same time.
- A rival Kirby saving me from a Pikachu's Volt Tackle via Inhale in a team battle.

With the eventual arrival of Smash Bros. for Wii U, it's going to be even better!

^-^

I remember one time when me and another player stood to the side and watched the other two players beat eachother up. They never attack us, they just kept fighting while we watched. It was like front row seats to a 1v1 match.

Basic Brawl was truly an interesting experience.

Yes, I would always find my Blue Ganon guy and we would switch characters doing crazy stuff and then once one of us got the points the person that got the points would them die to make the scores even. Ha ha, do you even remember who the players used? It could just be, me?

In all honestly, I truly do not see Smash4 online Basic Brawl experience like Brawl's Basic Brawl. It will be cherished! Thank you for sharing with us your experience with Basic Brawl ha ha. I will now cherish my broken gem.

I had a Lucario main who I always knew and we'd team up if it was just us 2 vs CPUs or other players (he'd heal me and such) and then if it was just us we'd show each other all our new tricks and ATs and every so often we'd battle. I don't think the Lucario main was competitive, but to this day he's the only casual Brawl player I know that was always able to go even with me.

He was pretty great, and also the biggest reason I joined smashboards. We played together for like 2 years in total. Crazy.

I agree with you. Brawl may not be my favorite game in the Smash Bros Franchise, BUT, I did enjoy the online mode.

You're not alone man, I would literally come home from school, finish my homework so I could just find my guy and brawl until like 4:00 AM in the morning then rinse and repeat. I bet he did the same thing imo, once he recognized who that particular person that did all this super fancy stuff, he would crouch and then we'd Dash dance and brawl against each other.

No one dared disturb us because they would get smacked and ha ha I was an ass for doing that but I want to find my guy and have a good time.

I always did, I have a butt load of replays in my Basic Brawl adventure ha ha. It seriously HURTS that this masterpiece will be vanquished permanently just once 4 starts truly growing on the rest (not me though). Brawl is where I'll die with when it comes to Smash bros. Melee just needs going Online play and that will kill Smash4 and sadly the rest of Brawl sigh. Long live Brawl~

@ Jdawg9876 Jdawg9876 Thanks for sharing your thoughts man I wont ever forget the wonderful times in Brawl as well. Aside from Melee, it's the second most technical game in the series franchise.

IMO the only thing bad about Brawl is tripping. Other than that, I love Brawl and I don't see anything wrong with it... I'm not a competitive player.
