How does one find various hitbox data for a specific move?

I looked on the ssbwiki, but many of the pages for moves were incomplete or nonexistent.

I'm mostly interested in the knockback values and angles under the hitbox section. There are many pages in the wiki that do not have this information for their moves, and some moves don't have pages at all.

If anyone knows how to find these values, or knows of a more complete source let me know.
There are probably comparative tests one could do ingame with dolphin's frame by frame advance to find the values, but I'm hoping there's an easier way, such as looking at the game's code itself.

Players who've hacked the game have long since posted the info here and elsewhere for every char's whole moveset, with accompanied .gifs of the hitboxes and their KB strength/directions. These can be found here on SmashBoards in each char's respective Character Discussion subforum, usually stickied as one of the first threads near the top of the page, and named "Hitboxes and Frame Data" or the like.

One way to find out BKB, KBG etc. is to use the tool Master Hand to open the Pl**.dat files extracted from an SSBM .iso. Every subaction has its hitbubbles listed with all attributes.

A much less tedious option is to refer to Toomai’s complete hitbox collection. Here is a version that’s slightly modified by me to include Strong Bad’s knockback calculator and some knockback approximations for different percents:
