I'm not some lazy dude trying to do as little practice as possible. Just out of curiosity, what do you think are the fewest techinichal things fox needs to still be top tier?

I think:
l-cancels into shine
waveshine at least once into grab or upsmash vs. marth and easier
ledgedash
uthrow-->uair consistently when it works
flamiliarity with spacies CG's on FD

Do you disagree? is ledgedash nonessential? Are the CG's nonessential?
Do you really HAVE to be able to upsmash Marth? Must you be able to link several shines together on some characters? Did I forget anything?

Discuss.

To fully abuse Fox you need to be able to ledgedash (best in the game), have all the recovery mixups down (shortens, up-b sweetspots, etc), be able to do all the platform shenanigans (Shai dropping, shield dropping, wavelands), and then all the Foxy stuff (waveshine combos, throw combos, aerial speed, shield pressure)

But Fox is good enough that you could probably get away with just being able to shuffle, waveshine sometimes and dashdance grab xD

Too many options man
