Banning Drugs/Supplements that improve performance?

Has there been any ruling about the use of drugs such as Adderall being banned from tournaments? Should we allow players to be able to use performance enhancing drugs to improve their gameplay?

Literally anyone competitive in any physical sport of anything has rampant use of anabolic steroids. To the point where if you don't take steroids, you literally can't expect to compete. And yet these sports have some of the most rigorous testing methods to screen for this stuff and still fail to keep it in check. There's approximately zero chance of this ever becoming pragmatically enforced or followed because there'd be no way to definitively say who is and isn't using. There's a million other reasons why this shouldn't be a thing, but the fact that you couldn't manage is a pretty big one.

That's quite true about the whole sports with steroids bit. I think I wouldn't expect anyone to come into my tournament on cocaine, but I wouldn't ban someone for drinking coffee.
