Balloon Fighter Moveset

for all of you who dont think he can have one....

B-Balloon Blow (without balloons, he cannot do his B attacks well)
he blows up a balloon. He can only have 2, and they take 2 seconds each..
Bup-Balloon Travel-He flaps his arms twice and flies upwards. doesnt work without balloons.
Bdown-Balloon Jump-He jumps over opponents heads and ground-pounds them.
b<>-balloon throw-He throws one of his balloons. when it pops it does damage

FS-Electric Storm-Electric clouds thunder down in random places
