b ballon: drop kick commonly used in ballon fighter

b < >ballon stomp : stomp the nearest character similer to sonics homing attack

b V balloon pump : makes a extra balloon
b ^ ballon lift : wind lifts balloon fighter up used as a recovery move

final smash ballon trip : winds comes along making ballon fighter move left and right knocking down opponents can be controled

think my move set is bad make your own ;)
