Balancing with equipment

Just out of curiosity does anyone else do this, for a lot of the characters just for giggles I balance them out with a combination of equipment and custom moves(mostly to nerf or buff) none of this is really for tournament but is more for a "edit and customize smash through kind of balancing stuff" kind of thing. Just wondering if anyone else did this kind of thing fun.

For example to make Dark Pit more different from Pit I used

Rare Brawn badge
Angelic Raiment
Brawn Badge

so his new stats are that he is slower but overall stronger than Pit

1 Silver Bow
1 Electroshock Arm
2 Striking Flight
3 Amplifying orbitars

If anyone else does this feel free to comment and post custom sets and equipment loadouts just for fun
