Balanced brawl with usb loader

Has anyone been able to get Balanced Brawl to work with usb loader. I've tried the things i could find in the forums like double gct and ocarina. Can anyone just point me in the right direction?

Google is what brought me here. It looks like the information is intentionally supressed, which is obviously why it's so hard to find.
