Bair to Hydrant working in Wii U version?

Okay so I was watching EvenMatchupGaming's Wii U invitation (which is a really good watch by the way) and Toronto Joe brought out his Pac-Man. At around 4:10 in the video I noticed something though:

He was able to hit the Hydrant with only a sweetspot bair and made it fly?

EDIT: He does it again around 6:00

It also seemed like it didn't even matter if the move was stale or not!

I don't think the wii u version is patched yet. Not sure if Rosalina can still do this on the 3ds version but she can attack while being grabbed on the wii u version.

It's not working online.

The Hydrant has more HP than pre-patch, so bair no longer does enough damage with freshness bonus to launch it immediately.

It's rough.
