Bair, Fair sweetspots

Sorry if this is somewhere in the threads, but where exactly is the sweetspot for both, and what's the spacing needed?

You need to hit with it within the first few frames, I believe, and the sweetspot is the orb inside of the ball she creates at her heel.

It's basically when her foot is fully extended and it's right at the bottom of her foot. So yeah, pretty much what Iris said.
