I can about or almost do everything with fox like waveshine dashing because i shine forward then go backwarks on fd form the end to beginning to the end to beginning have waveshine down perfect run with the shine then turning around and wavedashing ,

MY QUESTION IS WHEN I DRILL SHINE I WANT TO GO BACKWARDS BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO GET GRAB AFTER I SHINE IF THE BLOCK THE WHOLE THING I MEAN EVERY TIME I DO IT IM IN THE SHINE AND FOX WOULD BE LOOKING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION

Your question doesn't make sense. I think what you mean is your trying to do a waveshine backwards without getting caught in the fox turn around in shine animation. Two ways to avoid it. One, delay your jump a bit so you can turn around in shine before wavedashing out. Two, jump first then put the control stick in the direction you want to wavedash. Basically doing downB, neutral control stick, jump, direction diagonally down and away, L or R for wavedash.

^ Thats not a good habit. In theory it might be a good trick, but its really easy to shield grab a fox during his WD after a shine. If you ever do intend to shield pressure and manage to get behind your opponents shield, don't go back in front. sure you might get baired from shield if they time it right...

but either A: Your shine will own their SH if they have bad timing, or B: You can just JC the shine into aerials sort of like falco's shield pressure thing.

Don't you just love Fox. :p

yeah it is freaky when people JC shine your shield, a friend of mine does that alot, but he never relay does it until my shield breaks, i guess you need 10+ shines to break a shield

I haven't seen anyone break a shield with just JC shines, though there was a video that got really close with 11 or something.

I was just going to throw it out there: JC Shine their shield. It will keep the pressure on them, and force them to retreat.

Then comes the hard part... actually being able to do 10+ JC shines in a row. v_v

how about a dodge after you shine? That might work because if he try grabbing you then he misses leaving him open for another attack or grab, what do you think?

When I say "Grab > Win~", read "Win~" as "UThrow > UAir * x" : P

As for the Shine > Spotdodge..that's just silly. You'd have to waveshine in place then spotdodge. Too lagy. If you want a spotdodge in there, do Drill > Spotdodge > Shine > Whatever. I repeat..Spotdodge after a shine is SILLY~

I still think Drill/NAir > Shine > JCGrab is the best option. Unless their shield is about to break..then Shine > JC USmash might be better..so long as you're sure you'll A) Break the shield or B) Shield stab them.

When waveshining backwards, think about the timing logically. It's Shine, JC, Wavedash. If you're trying to waveshine and your character just turns around, you did Shine, Turn around, at which point you can't JC because of incorrect timing.
