Avatar and Sig aren't working.

I used search already and haven't seen any topics about this question, so I'm sorry if it was asked.

But, my avatar and sig aren't showing. They will show every now and then, but they usually aren't there on my posts or my profile. Anyone know what's wrong?

For me it shows a red dot in a square, and then it goes to Gameorama91's Avatar.
Does that happen to you?
I have a problem that it always says *Insert person's name here*'s Avatar instead of actually showing them for many people. Anyone know why?
