Autocancel Bair

I've heard of AC bair's potency so I want to implement it into my game. However, I'm struggling to perform it. Can you guys give me reaaaally precise steps on how to pull it off, and how to do it easily?

Jump with whichever button you use, and input bair immediately during jump squat frames.

Oh, so the bair needs to come out instantly?

You have 4 frames of jump squat, and you are airborne on the 6th frame. You pretty much want to input the bair right before you are airborne or right when you jump so that the bair happens on the way up. Make sure not to fast fall and let the bair animation finish.
