Australia's Brawl Release Date(?)

I've been searching for the Brawl release date, a couple of months ago I found a site saying it was December 31st (I don't remember the site, nor can I find it) I've checked other sites now recently because someone mentioned it coming out a couple weeks AFTER Europe and Europe comes out during 2008.

Anyway, I found this site

that claims December 3rd ( Its updated, because it has the Munchlax update already )

Does anyone know the Australian release date and has a credible link to confirm this?

Post in the stickied releae date topic. The only credable news I've heard regarding Our release date is "Q1 08" by Nin Aus' head of Marketing
