Audio popping in Dolphin 4.0

As you can tell, i am experiencing audio pops in dolphin 4.0. ive tried lle and hle. here are my specs.
i5 6600k
r9 290x 8bg gddr5

yes. it makes it worse

You can try reinstalling vcredist 2015 or try updating your PC's audio drivers. I can recommend the free version of the program driver booster to update drivers.
