Audio desync on Youtube

I uploaded videos on youtube, but when I watched them, the audio ended up being desynced by about half a second by the end of the video, I tested the vids on my comp, and they were fine

The format I'm using is .avi, video encoded in H.264, audio uncompressed PCM
any ideas? also, could someone suggest an ideal video codec/audio codec for youtube?

maybe a another codec? i dont know.
