ATTENTION Everyone From NSIDER/GAMEAQS

All throughout today these forums have been flooded by people from NSIDER and GAMEFAQS. I swear I've just seen like 10 of these people in the past like 15 minutes, posting "new" threads. "New" meaning: it's already been posted before!!

So please, if you're new here, make sure to skim through all of the past threads, before making a new thread. Everyone ( and I mean EVERYONE) would be very grateful if you did.

That's a bit of a hefty request. I think it would be better to ask people to use the search function before posting.

Also, make sure to familiarize yourself with the whole site, just to make sure you post new threads in the proper forums.

I dont mean to be rude, but your kinda taking this the wrong way.

Enthusiasm is good, and wanting to be involved is nice, but threads on things that that have been covered by previous threads, kinda clutter up the forums.

"Smashboards is better". That's the only thing you're gonna hear over here. If you think GaeFAQS is better, than stay there. If you wanna be a part of SWF, than at least dont go about, saying "GameFAQS is better." That site isn't too popular around here.

ok pika lets put it this way we know were allowed to post in your topics this IS SMASH BOARDS i think none of us have ever been on gamefaqs cuz its not a smashing community all were saying is that you gotta know our rules there alot f=different then the gamefaws and we can only do pulls if we are a premium member or a mod.... We are the most aktive smash brothers forum on the planet.

I'm not a huge fan myself, but lets not tease. Pikapower, you're only making things worse. Stop acting like gamefaqs is good. It's not. It's not you letting non game*** posters in your forum. It's us not letting you in. In Smashboards, GameFAQs is hell, and we want nothing to do with it. don't tell us "Oh, it's all right, you've never psoted there but I still accept you". It's the other way around. Get used to it. On a more positive note, congrats on finally graduating to the REAL kinds of forums.

To those replying to pikapower...

And smashboards is definitely a different environment. My old, general forum (neither of the two mentioned) was anti-bumping old threads. Around here, it's flat-out encouraged. If people took the time to read rules/threads and get a feel for the place, it would work better.... but alas, that's not within normal human nature.

But the main Brawl forum is so bad because the game isn't out, so we don't have THAT much to discuss... and people love the sound of their own voice (so to speak...) and we end up with pointless posts/threads because they can't of anything else to do.
