Attacking after Up B?

In the sonic video, there is one clip on skyworld. Sonic uses his spring (If that is his up B), and then, without touching ground, he does that downward kick.

If this is true, it seems like an interesting addition to gameplay. I bet you'll not be allowed to up b or airdodge after it again, but will be allowed to use your other attacks. I'm wondering how it'll work with pseudo recoveries such as the green missile, or the cape.

No, not that clip. It's the one on Skyworld, before he grabds DK. He uses his up B (you can CLEARLY see the spring), then uses the kick move.

Maybe the downward part is part of the attack, like Yoshi's Down and B brings him up just a tiny bit, and then he goes straight down. Or in that case, the upwards part is part of the attack (if it's Down B)

We'll probably see some info about his moves soon, or learn from E for All.

he jumped on DK's head... he didnt do his third jump
No, you clearly see the spring used in his 'Third jump', unless it's an item.

But yeah, That's what I was thinking, similar to Yoshi or Bowser, as in the 15 second presentation I see Fox doing the freefall animation.

Oh ****, I see it now. Does anyone have a slowed down version on Youtube? Maybe he got hit or something....

Or maybe you can do stuff afterwards if you do it on the ground? That might be cool.
