OK...I'm not sure this goes here...but...
I have 8 badges currently in Pearl...and the only places I haven't gotten to are:
Route north of Sunyshore
Victory Road
Battle Areas

So...now comes my question...
Where is a good spot to train up on Attack EV's?
(I don't think I saw an EV guide post...so I'm asking...)

Even if you are to lazy to scroll to the EV guide you could have asked in simple questions simple answers.
