ATs and Smash Balls: Rarity

Are ATs and Smash Balls extremely rare or are they fairly common?

I'm guessing AT would be more or less as common as Pokeballs, and common sense would dictate that Smash Balls would be rare, though I'm guessing you can up the frequency.

From what i've seen ATs come as often as pokeballs but smashballs only co me once or twice in a 2 min match.

I don't recall seeing three smash balls per match, but I've seen zero, one, or two.

AT's versus pokeballs? About the same, from what I've seen.
