Atlus Character Possible for Smash 4?

Atlus is currently bankrupt and it's very possible that Nintendo will buy them. So do you think they may add an Atlus character in Smash 4? Do you think it's a good or bad idea to add a Atlus character and if you think it's a good idea who would they add? I think Teddie from Persona 4 has the best chance.

Sakurai: "I'm not just going to add any 3rd party character" And seriously isn't the roster finalized buy now? Even if Nintendo does by Atlus it's probably not happening

Nintendo isn't buying Atlus. That being said, I could see a mainline Megami Tensei (not Persona) character getting in because the series started out on the SNES and the upcoming Fire Emblem crossover.

I don't think Atlus is getting bought. (I actually don't know at all)

Also, threads can't be deleted, but they can be locked, which prevents anyone from replying to it from that point.

Their franchises seem a bit too niche for Nintendo to buy them outright. Anything is possible, but I wouldn't count on it.

Moderators or Administrators will eventually lock a thread that is not needed or in the wrong place.
They'll find it either on their own, or if someone reports it, and then it'll get locked.

I say if any atlus character makes the roster, its jack frost. Fits in with the rest of the roster, and easy enough to make a moveset for.

When Sakurai said "I don't just add any 3rd party..." he was remarking on Mega Man's unique feel. It really doesn't discount any other 3rd party (2nd if Nintendo purchases Atlus) character. It's almost like he's telling the fans to calm down with some of the ridiculous choices they make.

I'm rooting for Jack Frost, as if you couldn't tell by my current avatar. But the only real way I see inclusion even more valid is if Nintendo purchases Atlus. Besides, Nintendo has been giving a lot of support to them lately with SMTIV as a 3DS exclusive, as well as Etrian Oddysey V. Not to mention the upcoming SMTxFE.

Roster fully finalized? With a grain of salt unless we see another Sonic situation.

ANY character associated with Nintendo is a possibility, really. Until the game is finalized and readied for distribution.
