Atlanta area players?

I live in Atlanta and i'm trying to find some people to play with. i'm not that good. i just started short hoping and trying to learn some high level/advanced techniques. so i'd preferably like to find someone who is legit to play with.

also what's the best way you guys have found to practice, do you just use training mode to practice combos?
