Argument with dark peach(peach) with stage selecting against a fox.

I had an AIM convo with dark pch the other day...I could post it if u guys really want...

Synopsis of convo:

He tells me he did well in a tourny. I ask who he lost to. He tells me a camping fox and a regular fox. I ask him what he counterpicked against the foxes. Drk tells me yoshi story against the camping one. I tell drk that peach gets ***** by fox at yoshi story (uair kill at 70%). He tells me that its a good pick because the fox cant camp...I tell him Fod or battlefield is a better choice..he denies.

Then I ask him what he banned..he tells me poke floats...Poke floats is bad for fox right? (im not 100% positive on this but im pretty sure)

Just wanted the good ol' smash community to solve me and the Upsmash god/king of grabs/upB master's argument..

Is Yoshi's story a good counter pick peach vs fox? Is Fox good at poke floats/should it grant a peach to ban poke floats over a stage like FD where uthrow uair is automatic and eas waveshines? And finally is fox good at Fod and battlefield?

I completly understand if a Mod would like to lock this thread considering that it is basically a double post.

Fox does well against peach on yoshi's.

What he should have done was taken the fox to either:

A. Brinstar

or

B. Mute City

..I don't know why a peach would counterpick anything else vs fox.

Pokefloats is a decent stage to ban against fox. Fox can laser camp very well there and get some easy upthrow uair kills. Most of the peachs I play ban FD or Dreamland >_>. Due to lasers lol. And FoD is a better bet vs fox then yoshi's.

-FD is bad for Peach kinda v Fox, poke floats too

-FoD yes Battlefield dunno can go either way sometimes

Yoshi's is a good counter for Peach against Fox. I've banned it on Peach's before. I'm a campy Fox though, or can be at times.
Poke' floats is a great Fox stage.

Wow. I didn't know that. Peaches CP pokefloats on me all the time in tournies. I just started to hate it after awhile and thought it was bad. lots of gay float gimps and dsmash stupidness from that level

That's because your trying to approach. If you focus on laser camping you will do much better on this stage.

YS is in no way bad for peach. Fox can't camp her there, and she actually has mid% kill moves on fox there too. Pokefloats could just be personal choice (ie he's not good at fighting fox there).

Stages like yoshi story can be good for peach unfortunately.If that stage is picked get away from peach by spamming lasers,if she comes close to you shine her away.fox does tend to well on stages like DL64.
