ARGH Tassies dont have Wii points.

Why is it that australia has wii point cards and us tassies dont. I cant use the credit card option(Because i dont have one and i really want points to get my pokemon rance and final fantasy. Could somebody help me out by gifting me or sending me a wii points code by e-mail?
