How does one go about beating him with King Dedede? I've tried so many times, but to no avail. He's just too fast and I can't do anything. I can't avoid his B move at all, and all DDD's moves are way too slow to use except for a select few.

If he likes to spam dsmash, shield, then short hop dair onto him so that he gets knocked in the air
