Smash 3DS Are we 100% its midnight EST?

Is it 100% confirmed no matter where you live? I have it registered for my area (Mountain time) So is that going to matter? I know people have asked this before but i need confirmation.. this is smash people, its important.

Approximately how many hours are left until it hits Midnight in the East? I am not the best with Time Zones (I get the PST and EST time zones mixed up when converting to CST)

I dunno if Nintendo does this (I think they do though) but I sure did get Mass Effect 3 three hours early. It was a glorious day. Too bad I had to use Origin but Whatevs

I spent several hundred hours in the multiplayer of that game. God if ME4 doesn't have it I don't think I'll bother with it.

About two hours early. I was supposed to wake up just before 11 am to download it, but I couldn't sleep and checked at 9 am and it was up.
