From what we've seen the answer is no. You'll just have to do with the thousands of people that frequent these forums. Possibly more after the game releases.

Yeah, but he meant in-game. The clans here are website based.

Either way, there doesn't really need to be an in-game community comsidering the massive community we have here and other places like the smashbros subreddit and so forth. There definitely won't be a shortage of people.
