North Carolina is a rare state to have smash tournaments...

The Midstate Massacre series out of UNCC, and NEG hosts a lot of tournaments in the research triangle area. If you're in Charlotte, though, there's almost an oversaturation. there's a LOT of weeklies, fests, and events at various places around the city.
