Smash 3DS Are songs unlockable and do CDs exist?

Do you start the game with the entire soundtrack (of the stages you've unlocked and misc. songs) or do you have to unlock everything?

Are CDs still a thing or were they dropped since Brawl?

You unlock the music as you progress through unlocking the stages they appear on, and you can actually put your 3DS in sleep mode while keeping the music playing, kind of like a Smash MP3 player.

So do you start with the miscellaneous songs for Smash Run?
(i.e. Murasame Castle Medley, Pac-Man's Park/Block Town, other songs not mapped to a stage)

I believe so. Green Greens Ver. 2 is the only song I've heard in Smash Run so far, and I'm not sure which stage that goes to.
