Are people going to play brawl for money?

1) How can you enforce it?
2) Would that be illegal in accordance with Nintendo's End User Agreement?
3) How can you judge skill level?
Honestly, the only money that should be played for is in a tournament setting; even then I wouldn't call that "playing for money."

I don't play for money (just because I despise gambling) but I would never play someone online since this game has already been hacked... absolutely not.
In person I would play for money if I did though.
