Are DLC (Download content) codes region locked?
Be them pre-order or other wise are they region locked or possibly country locked? I ask as maybe a PAL code might work for all PAL games/WiiU's and same for NTSC. But I don't know so I am asking.
[edit] - after a DLC experience I had about 15 minutes ago I an not leaning to the fact that the DLC are region locked. As in each region gets it's own separate codes that work in their own region.
What does everyone else think about this?
